I whole heartedly endorse Mr. Narayana Murthy’s statement. It’s not about burnout, it’s about dedication. We have to make India an economic superpower that we can all be proud of. #India2047

Putting in the hours 😉. Not just 70, more like 140! 😀😎

Infosys fresher salary in 2005: 3.5 lakhs pa
Infosys fresher salary in 2023: 3.5 lakhs pa

Infosys, as a company is neither innovative nor doing any ground breaking work.

Its resting on past laurels.

They dont innovate and hence destined to go into oblivion soon.

Infosys pays 3.5 Lakh per year to a fresher and expects a lot. Good advice but once in his lifetime he has never thought of his employees.

Yes , For these corporations destroy everything.

12 hrs a day for 6 days week and add 2 hrs travelling 1 hrs for preparation. These IT consulting corporations charge in millions from their clients but pay pennies to their employees.

When the world is shifting to 4 days a week work culture, @Infosys is talking about almost 7 days a week. As an employer, it always makes sense to extract more and more from employees but how about their mental health and family lives?

Indirectly #Infosys founder Narayana Murthy is saying..

work 12 hours per day

spoil your mental health due to NO proper sleep

after spoiling ur health, spend lakhs of rupees in hospitals for ur treatment

increase the business of Infosys

increase profit,revenue of Infosys 😁😁 pic.twitter.com/YEEVdoEoig
