जम्मू कश्मीर के रामबन जिले में रविवार को हुए लैंडस्लाइड में 200 परिवार बेघर हो गया और 2 बच्चों समेत 3 लोगों की मौत हो गई। साथ ही कई रास्ते और स्कूल बंद हो गए। एनडीआरएफ और स्थानीय टीमें बचाव कार्य में जुटी हैं। रामबन से लैंडस्लाइड के कई डरावने वीडियो सामने आए हैं। इस बीच भारतीय मौसम विज्ञान विभाग (IMD) ने आंधी-बारिश का अलर्ट जारी किया है।
आईएमडी के अनुसार, जम्मू कश्मीर के कई जिलों में अगले 3-5 घंटों में आंधी के साथ बारिश होने के आसार हैं। अनंतनाग, बडगाम, बांदीपोरा, बारामूला, डोडा, गंदेरबल, किश्तवाड़, कुलगाम, पुलवामा, रामबन, रियासी, श्रीनगर, उधमपुर में तूफानी हवाएं चलेंगी और बिजली के साथ भारी बारिश होगी। कश्मीर में एक दिन के लिए 21 अप्रैल को स्कूल बंद रहेंगे।

लद्दाख के कारगिल में स्कूल बंद
लद्दाख के कारगिल जिले में भारी बर्फबारी हुई है, जिससे जनजीवन अस्त-व्यस्त हो गया। अप्रैल के आखिर में हुई दुर्लभ बर्फबारी से पेड़ों, संपत्तियों और बिजली लाइनों को भारी नुकसान पहुंचा। कारगिल का विद्युत वितरण प्रभाग (PDD) बिजली सेवाओं को बहाल करने में जुटा है, लेकिन खराब मौसम उनके कार्यों में बाधा डाल रहा है। लोगों को लंबे समय तक बिजली कटौती का सामना करना पड़ रहा है। मौसम विभाग ने संवेदनशील क्षेत्रों में लैंडस्लाइड और बाढ़ को लेकर रेड अलर्ट जारी किया है।

कारगिल जिले के सभी स्कूल 21 से 23 अप्रैल तक बंद रहेंगे। जिला पुलिस कारगिल ने भी ट्रैफिक एडवाइजरी जारी की है।

रामबन लैंडस्लाइड में 200-250 मकान क्षतिग्रस्त
रामबन लैंडस्लाइड पर डिप्टी कमिश्नर बसीर-उल-हक चौधरी ने कहा कि लगातार बारिश और बादल फटने से राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग कई जगहों पर बंद हो गया है। रामबन में मकान और होटल क्षतिग्रस्त हो गए हैं। बघाना गांव में भूस्खलन के कारण 2 मकान ढह गए, जहां 3 लोगों की मौत हो गई। करीब 200-250 मकान क्षतिग्रस्त हो गए हैं।

रामबन लैंडस्लाइड को लेकर स्थानीय दुकानदार रवि कुमार ने कहा कि बाजार में मेरी दो दुकानें थीं। जब हमें सुबह 4 बजे पता चला कि पूरा बाजार बह गया है तो हम भागकर यहां आए और पाया कि यहां कुछ भी नहीं बचा है। हमें नहीं पता था कि मदद के लिए किससे संपर्क करें, अब क्या करें, हमें कुछ भी समझ नहीं आ रहा था। ये दुकानें ही हमारी आजीविका का एकमात्र स्रोत थीं। अब हमारे पास न तो कोई दुकान है और न ही कोई जमीन। मैं सरकारों से अनुरोध करता हूं कि वे आएं और हमारी मदद करें। यह बहुत ही भयावह दृश्य था, कल्पना से परे, हम चाहते हैं कि हमारे कर्ज माफ किए जाएं, हमारे पास कुछ भी नहीं बचा है।

स्थानीय निवासी प्रदीप सिंह राजू ने कहा कि इस बाजार में करीब 20-25 दुकानें थीं। मार्केट में करीब 20-25 मोटरबाइक खड़ी थीं और सुबह करीब 3.30 बजे पूरा बाजार बह गया। मैं मुख्यमंत्री और गृह मंत्री अमित शाह से अनुरोध करना चाहता हूं कि वे उन लोगों को मुआवजा दें जिन्होंने इस बाढ़ में अपनी आजीविका खो दी है। प्रभावित लोगों का पुनर्वास किया जाना चाहिए। दुकानदारों ने अपना सब कुछ खो दिया है।
